Job Description – Medical Equipment Engineer

• Conduct research and participate in the reception and transfer of technology and technical processes; operate equipment and materials received from manufacturers and suppliers.

• Install, configure, test-run, transfer technology, provide training, and instruct on the use of medical equipment such as X-ray machines, rehabilitation devices, ECG machines, surgical room equipment, etc.

• Provide after-sales services including warranty, maintenance, repair, calibration, and replacement of medical equipment parts and accessories.

• Receive and deliver goods to customers.

• Support technical tasks during project implementation.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Automation from universities such as Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Military Technical Academy, Industrial University, or other relevant institutions.

• At least 2 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment.

• Able to read and understand technical documents in English and communicate with manufacturers for training purposes.

• Willing to travel for business trips.

• Hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn.

• Passionate about learning new products or technologies in the field.
